Manager on Duty

The Manager on Duty (MOD) is a function that rotates among Software AG USA Customer Support's (SCS) Technical Support Managers. When you call the SCS hotline and request the MOD, you will be placed in contact with the responsible manager within a few minutes.

The MOD is available 24 x 7 to address your immediate needs for escalation of specific support requests. If you have concerns that are more long term, business related issues, then you may wish to contact the Strategic Support Manager for your area.
